What is GoDial?

GoDial is a mobile CRM with auto call dialing and bulk messaging. It speeds up calling, saves call status, schedules callbacks, stores notes, creates tasks, and helps recycle contacts for more sales conversations.

How does the auto dialer work?

Add contacts, choose a list, and tap Start. GoDial places calls one by one. After each call, set the status and move to the next lead.

Can I import contacts?

Yes. Add contacts manually, import from your phonebook, or upload CSV, XLS, and XLSX files with mapped columns for name, phone, company, email, address, and remarks.

Can I send WhatsApp, SMS, or Email after a call?

Yes. Create dynamic templates with contact fields, then send messages after calls or run bulk message sequences from the dialer.

What is Rechurn?

Rechurn resets selected called contacts back to NEW so the dialer can call them again. It is useful for busy, no-answer, and follow-up lists.
